FPOSi (First Person on Scene – Intermediate) is a 3-Day training Course which is a practical emergency care programme designed for individuals who may be first to respond to incidents before professional medical help arrives. The course teaches essential lifesaving skills such as patient assessment, trauma management, CPR and AED use, bleeding control, and handling medical emergencies in high-risk or remote environments. It combines classroom learning with realistic scenarios to build confidence, decision-making ability, and effective incident management skills for workplace responders, security personnel, and outdoor professionals.
